Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click and keep access until the end of the billing period.
What counts as a transcription minute?
The length of the audio we transcribe. A 3-minute video uses 3 minutes. Editing, restyling and re-exporting are free.
Is the 7-day pass a subscription?
No. It's a one-time payment that gives you Pro-level exports for 7 days, then simply ends.
Do you store my videos?
Never. Videos are processed in your browser. Only a compressed audio track is sent for transcription, and it isn't stored.
